All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and balances across all associated accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. pk77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings.
4.2 All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you notify pk77 promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
4.3 pk77 will never request your password through email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from pk77 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk77 support immediately.
4.4 Sharing your Account credentials with third parties is prohibited. pk77 accepts no liability for losses arising from Account sharing.
Phishing websites impersonating pk77 have been reported in the Philippines. Always verify the URL in your browser before entering your credentials. The official domain is pk77.lat. Do not click links from unsolicited messages claiming to be from pk77.
pk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. pk77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method as specified on the Cashier page. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your Account.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of pk77's KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pk77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited without exception. 10.3 Accounts suspended for violations of these Terms may have their balances withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. 11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 12.1 The pk77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12.2 pk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.3 pk77's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pk77's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact pk77 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. pk77 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt.
